Godrej Neopolis Maintenance Charge is Rs. 60 per sq. ft. The builder collects this advance maintenance amount from buyers for one year. These maintenance charges are for the maintenance of the property areas spanning 3.5 acres. After the possession of the property in November 2028, the monthly maintenance charges range from Rs.5/- per sq. ft.
